We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Smart Carp Tech.

If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and include all original packaging, manuals, accessories and components.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photographs where applicable.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
