Warranty


Many products sold by Smart Carp Tech are covered by a manufacturer warranty.

Warranty periods and coverage may vary depending on the product and manufacturer.

Warranty generally covers manufacturing defects and faults occurring during normal use. Warranty does not normally cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect, water damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, modifications, or unauthorised repairs.

If you believe your product has developed a fault covered under warranty, please contact our support team with your order number, product details and a description of the issue. Photographs or videos may be requested to assist with the assessment process.

Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by the manufacturer or supplier where applicable.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.
