At Smart Carp Tech, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days. However, some products may be dispatched directly from our supplier or fulfilment partner, meaning delivery can occasionally take up to 15 working days.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Where tracking information is available, this will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If your order has not arrived after 15 working days, please contact our support team and we will investigate the issue with the courier or supplier.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
